Welcome Back…. well almost. This week we are distance learning. I enjoyed talking to each one of you during our daily Zoom meeting. We started the week out talking about the birth of Jesus since it was still the Christmas season. On Wednesday, we celebrated Epiphany, the coming of the Wise Men. It is always amazing how long it took for the Kings to travel all that way. Our theme of the week was snowmen. Besides listening to stories about snowmen, we completed some sequencing and categorizing activities, we worked on rhyming and syllable identification, and we wrote about what snowmen might do at night. We ended the week with a STEM challenge: Building a Fort!
